Pasture Raised Beef Shares : We charge $2.10 Per pound/live weight of the steer (approximately $3.50/lb carcass weight) plus processing ($1.05/lb carcass wt.). The estimate price per pound for the total amount of meat you put in your freezer is $7.75. That includes: Ribeye, Filet Mignon, Ground Beef, Roasts, Brisket…etc.

We butcher every month, year round. Typically you will pay GlenDor Farm for the beef share, based on the weight of the steer and then work directly with our local butcher,  Valley Meat Processors, to customize your share. You will be able to pick the cuts you’d like, the thickness of your steaks, size of your roasts, and much more! You’ll pay Valley Meat, for cutting and packing when you pick up your meat at their butcher shop in Dayton, Va.
