Pasture Raised Beef Shares: We charge $2.15 per pound/live weight of the steer (approximately $3.50/lb carcass weight) plus processing ($1.05/lb carcass wt. plus slaughter fee). The estimate price per pound for the total amount of meat you put in your freezer is $8.00. That includes: Ribeye, Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Ribs, Ground Beef, Roasts, Brisket…etc. (what ever cuts you choose!)

We butcher every month, year round. Typically you will pay GlenDor Farm for the beef share based on the live weight of the steer, then work directly with our local butcher,  Valley Meat Processors, to customize how your share is cut and packaged. You will be able to pick the cuts you’d like, the thickness of your steaks, size of your roasts, and much more! You’ll pay Valley Meat, for cutting and packing when you pick up your meat at their butcher shop in Dayton, Va.
